Ectopic Pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy of abnormal location. In this type of pregnancy, it develops outside the uterus rather than inside the womb. The fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, generally in a fallopian tube. However, In some cases, an ectopic pregnancy occurs in another area of the body, such as the ovary, a cesarean scar, or the cervix(lower section of the uterus), the abdominal cavity, or another part of the uterus (cornual).
